Please keep in mind our return policy is the following: All items need are not refundable however they are exchangeable. If there is a problem with the item that you received please let us know within 30 days of the order being shipped/picked up. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you for the same defected item.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide international delivery, however shipping cost will be prorated accordingly. Please send us a message with your location and what you would like to order so we can provide you with shipping cost.
How do I return an item?
Please send us a message in the customer care section. We will need pictures along with what the problem that you are having with your item.
What is your returns policy?
Just a Lil Bit needs to be notified within 30 days of the item being ready, in order to return the item. All returns will be on a case by case situation. The item that needs to be returned due to a problem will be replaced with the same design and item that was originally ordered.
How do I track my order?
Just A Lil Bit will notify you with a tentative ready date within 24 hours once the order is placed. We will also send you a notification if there is a delay with your order along with a notification when your order is ready
What are your delivery options?
All orders are shipped with USPS unless we are contacted for other options. Other rates may apply if shipping internationally, Fed-ex and UPS.
